Cinnamon Bun Shake

You heard me right! It tastes like a cinnamon bun, only better because it's healthy for you. Full of vitamin rich and plant protein strong ingredients. I had this one for dinner last night and breakfast this morning. Cole cried when this one was gone, he liked it so much.





Ingredients

1 banana
1/2 cup water
2 tsp vanilla extract
1 2” Cinnamon Stick or 1/2-1 tsp Ground
1/4 cup Pecans Chopped
1 scoop JP+ French Vanilla Complete
